The use agreement is a document that specifies the terms of the contract and the use agreement between the Blue Code for Information Technology Corporation, and the customer (the user of one of our services).

By using any of our services you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully.

General rules of use:

The conditions contained in the document are intended to organize the service provided, materially and morally, in order to provide the best level of service to our customers.
The Blue Code Corporation for Information Technology reserves the right to change any paragraph and/or all of the paragraphs contained in this document without the obligation to notify the customer.
You must read the document carefully before requesting one of the services of the Blue Code Corporation for Information Technology.
The provision of the service by us depends mainly on your full acceptance of what is stated in the document, and that your request for one of our services or products is considered your acceptance of everything stated in this agreement.
 The Blue Code Corporation for Information Technology undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of customer data and not to publish, use or display it, except in the case of a legal issue.
At least 50% of the cost of the required service must be paid in advance to start it (full cost is required in some cases).
The Blue Code Corporation for Information Technology does not bear any responsibility towards a customer's misuse of its service.
The customer is only dealt with through his data registered with us or through his account with the Blue Code for Information Technology.
Failure to receive the requested service for a period of more than 6 months, forfeits the right of the customer to demand any modifications or requests related to the service

Hosting Terms of Service:

“The Blue Code Corporation for Information Technology disclaims any responsibility for misinterpreting any part of the agreement, and please refer to us immediately to inquire about any part of the agreement.

General Terms:-
The company reserves the right to refuse and/or stop providing any of the services provided by the Blue Code Foundation team for information technology to any person or entity without obligation to give reasons.
Blue Code for Information Technology is committed to clarity and transparency with its customers at all stages of service provision.
Deception in the use of any of the services, is a breach of the agreement between the customer and the company.

Fair Use-
“The Blue Code Corporation for Information Technology follows a policy of fair use in the use of the resources and services we provide, and the company reserves the right to take what it deems appropriate regarding services that misuse the resources, which may affect the level of quality provided.”
The processors and memory consumption on the servers is measured to ensure that they do not reach the maximum limit for each package.
Fair usage policy applies to all shared hosting packages as follows:
The number of files in the customer's account must not exceed 100,000 files.
The number of tables in one database should not exceed 1000 tables and the database space should not exceed 1 GB.
As for the unlimited packages, they only provide an unlimited “Hard Disk” space.

Company responsibility
The Company is not responsible for the content of, or opinions expressed on, websites hosted by it. Rather, it is the full responsibility of the client before the legal and governmental authorities
The company is not responsible for any damages that may occur to the work due to the discontinuation of one of the services, and the Blue Code Corporation for Information Technology is doing its best to provide the best possible performance of the service.
The company is solely responsible for the technical aspect, and the technical estimates are estimated exclusively by the company's technical team.
The client is fully responsible for his account, and the accounts affiliated with him in any of the services of the Blue Code for Information Technology
The hosting services provided by the Blue Code Corporation for Information Technology are limited to the limitations and data of the current technology, and may also be affected by external conditions. We do our best to ensure that we provide the best result.
In private and virtual server plans, the client is fully responsible for making external backups.
In the event of damage to the hard disk space or the corruption of information stored on it in the service of private or virtual servers, the customer will be compensated with a similar server, with the same specifications, within a period not exceeding 5 working days.
Blue Code Corporation for Information Technology is not responsible for solving any software problems that it did not implement by itself and within the agreed support period.
Software and systems licenses
The Blue Code Foundation for Information Technology is committed to providing licensed and legitimate services for the programs and systems used to provide services.
Prohibited Substances
The Blue Code Foundation for Information Technology does not provide its services to sites with pirated, abusive, and inappropriate content, spam or malicious mail (see the email usage agreement), gambling and lottery sites, using one of the services in attacks on other sites and services or sites that promote activities illegal
The Blue Code Corporation for Information Technology reserves the right to refuse to host any website without giving any reasons.
